I have it on my wall by my desk so it's always in view
It's easy to focus on the negative when things go wrong in life
I strongly believe focusing on the 'bad' makes things worse
Always try and take something positive from a situation, even if it's just the fact you have learnt something
Put positive out there and get positive back
