Lovely Spring time evenings

I love how it is a bit warm in the evenings
We popped out before the sun set for a quick walk

Growing Tomatoes and my love for 99p shops

I don't know if I've mentioned it before, but I love 99p shops!
One opened a short bus ride away from us and I love popping in to pick up a bargain
First time we went I spent ages pointing out things to Paul saying
"Seriously, do you know how much this is in Sainsburys? And it's only 99p!"
He wasn't as excited as me
I just love a bargain!
Yesterday I managed to drag him there and I saw these!
Tomato and Basil kits
And 99p each?!
Amazing!















We don't have a garden, but I have always wanted to grow my own tomatoes
As I've mentioned before, I would LOVE a big garden to grow my own veggies and fruits
When I was younger my mum grew some strawberries and tomatoes and they were the best I've ever tasted!
I have a bit of an addiction to tomatoes, I eat them every day
But unfortunately most shop bought tomatoes don't taste very good
So I am so excited to grow my own!
Although I don't have the best track record with keeping things alive I think I'm getting better
Remember the Pansy Paul bought me a while back?
It's still alive!
See?
It's had 4 little flowers so far

















So hopefully I will be munching on sweet tomatoes in the future!
If anyone has any tips I'd love to hear them

A little Update + Cute Photos!

Can you believe it's Thursday already?
This week has flown by!
I thought it was time to do a quick update of what I've been up to this week!

I've spent a lot of time sewing up some Spring inspired pieces for the shop
I've really loved doing it, but sometimes there just seems that there aren't enough hours in the day
As we've been lucky to have a few days of beautiful weather, Sisco have stuck to her SES regime (Inspired by Jersey Shore)
Sunbathe
Eat
Sleep

















We're lucky to live in an area where there are a lot of cats
I love walking around, having a fuss of all the little babes
This little boy has been hanging around a while, I think he lives across the road

















We left the door open for a while the other day as it was hot and he wandered in
His name is Chili (Cute huh?)
He doesn't seem to be able to sit still (that's why all the photos are blurry)
He loves strokes and has the loudest purr i have ever heard!















Such a sweet little boy
When he came in Sisco just lay there fast asleep!
Such a little lazy bones!

I've also spent some time this week puppy sitting this little lady!


















She's only 10 months old and she is the most adorable little girl!
