Back to the Land of Sheep! Part 2: Donkeys, Ducks & Amazing Views

Welcome to Part 2 of the Wales post!

These hotels are opposite the pier, how pretty are they?
They remind me of the pastel row of houses in San Fransisco

Another thing we wanted to do was walk all around The Great Orme
It is a huge mountain right by the pier and takes about 1.5 hours to walk around, but the view really makes it worth it!
Unfortunately it was so cold and windy we had to drive round.
But the view was amazing!
We parked up near the top and got out, but had to run back to the car because the wind was freezing!!!
We drove down just as the sun was setting
Beautiful

When you drive off the Orme you come out at West Shore.
There used to be a hotel there which was once the holiday home of Alice Liddell, the girl who inspired Alice in Wonderland. Unfortunately it was knocked down last year.
But the statue is still there

There is also a pond for the Swans!

Pretty

On another day we also climbed all the way to the top of the Little Orme
On the way up we heard barking from a near by house.
I zoomed in and saw this little guy!

Busy little Bee

Quick Duck stop!

These little guys were so friendly and relaxed!

And a quick last minute visit to stroke some donkeys
So friendly
All they wanted was lots of strokes!

It was such a lovely trip!
And a bonus because I got to see these lovely ladies!

Such little posers!
